There are many inconveniences related to the way we live, but the build up of stress is among the pressing issues people are trying to find a solution for. This translates into chronic fatigue, lack of energy and enthusiasm, irascibility, not to mention the various medical conditions. It is fairly obvious that if you want to stay in shape both physically, and mentally you have to do something about it.
