Wireless Cleaning Experience

Floors should be crispy clean in both offices and homes, because filth doesn’t bode well with neither our business and personal image. Those who need industrial floor scrubbers should think big and consider those instruments that can deliver the same outstanding results on a bigger scale. It is not only the sheer size of the area that needs to be brought from filthy to spotless that can pose problems, but the nature of dirt as well.

An auto scrubber operating in industrial halls will have to remove resilient stains and this translated into higher cleaning power and significant pressure on the battery. Given the nature of this type of cleaning, the industrial floor scrubbers will consume considerably more power than their domestic counterparts. To perform a clean sweep might be impossible in some cases where the area is impressive, but with the right batteries, reasonably vast surfaces could be cleaned on one charge.

A vacuum battery life that spans over several hours is considered excellent, and if you add into the mix that fact that such a battery can power robotic floor machines, you have another reason to rejoice. Wireless cleaning is not a science fiction notion anymore, so you can forget about moving cables around.

Do You Need More Sleep in the Winter?

You’ve likely found it difficult to rouse yourself out of a deep sleep this winter, and have started getting tired earlier in the afternoon than you were used to in the summer. I know I have. When the weather turns cold and the days get short, I just want to hibernate!

need more sleep on winterSome people interpret this as humans simply needing more sleep in the winter, but that’s a total myth. People need the same amount of sleep each night regardless of the season. For each person, their ideal amount of sleep will be different, and it changes as they age, but there’s no biological need to go to sleep earlier or to sleep in during the winter time, although it sure might feel good!

The answer as to why people feel they need more sleep during the winter is two-fold. The first reason is that the human sleep cycle is regulated by light. The pineal gland in the human body secretes melatonin whenever it’s dark out, and stops secreting melatonin when it’s lit out. Melatonin is the body’s natural way of putting itself to sleep. In the winter, there’s less daylight in general – it gets to light out later in the morning than in summer and gets dark out earlier in the day. Since it’s often still dark when people are first getting up in the morning in winter, the pineal gland is still busy secreting melatonin, leading to feelings of lethargy and a serious desire to sleep in!

These feelings go away once the sun comes up, only to return in the afternoon when the sun goes down. The pineal gland once again begins secreting melatonin; this time, it’s much earlier in the afternoon when it begins introducing melatonin into the bloodstream as compared to summer when it gets dark later. Ultimately, although your body doesn’t need more sleep, the actions of the pineal gland make you tired earlier in the afternoon and unwilling to get up until later in the morning. The other factor at play is that cold air tends to be better sleeping weather than the hot humid air of summer – it’s comforting to fall asleep under a pile of blankets at night and makes it hard to get out from under them to brave the cold in the morning.

Feel free to sleep in during the winter if it won’t affect your schedule – extra sleep doesn’t hurt. However, there’s no biological requirement for people to get extra hours of sleep during the winter season.

A Much Needed Safety Net

There are many things to adjust in your home after a baby is born and as the kid grows, the changes will only become more numerous. Among these, hardware mount gates play an important part for those families who live in a house that has two or more levels. Stairs pose no problems to adults, but for kids these are fairly dangerous, so it makes perfect sense to limit their access.

extra wide gatesDepending on the gap that needs to be covered and the shape of the area, you need to choose extra wide gates or stick to traditional ones. On rare occasions, several interlocking sections are needed, for irregular areas. In terms of materials that are being used, the pressure mount gates are usually made from heavy-duty steel, that is durable yet not too heavy.

Raising a kid is a full-time job, and parents frequently have their hands occupied with something, so it is critical for the gates to feature a hold-open button for fast access. These devices will act as a safety net and while limiting the freedom of action for the little one, will enhance yours, as you can now address pressing issues in another room, without worrying all the time.
